Support Policy

How Fire Studio provides support for its Android apps and games, and what to expect.

Last reviewed: July 21, 2026

This Support Policy explains how to get help with Fire Studio apps and games and what you can expect from us.

1. How to get support

  • Email: fire.studio22@gmail.com
  • Bug reports: please include your device model, Android version, and the app version (found in the app’s Settings → About).

2. Response times

We are an independent studio and handle support directly. Our targets:

Request typeFirst responseResolution target
Critical (app crash, data loss)2 business daysAs soon as possible
Bug report5 business daysNext scheduled release
Feature request10 business daysEvaluated for the roadmap
General question5 business days

These are goals, not guarantees. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. What we support

  • Installation and update issues from Google Play
  • Bugs and crashes in current app versions
  • Questions about features, privacy, and data
  • Guidance on account/data deletion

4. What falls outside support

  • Devices below the app’s minimum Android version (see each app’s store listing)
  • Modified, rooted, or sideloaded builds where the issue cannot be reproduced on a standard device
  • Third-party services (Google Play billing disputes are handled by Google)

5. App lifecycle

We aim to support each released app with bug fixes and compatibility updates for as long as it remains available on Google Play. If we ever retire an app, we will announce it in the app where feasible.

6. Feedback

Feature ideas are genuinely welcome and shape our roadmap. Sending a suggestion does not create any obligation on our part, and we may implement similar ideas without compensation.
