These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Android applications, games, and website (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Fire Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to use the Services
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Apps on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Google Play terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Services;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- use cheats, automation, or exploits to manipulate leaderboards or gameplay;
- use the Services to violate any applicable law or third-party right;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
3. Advertising and in-app purchases
Some Apps are free and supported by advertising or offer optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play’s payment and refund policies. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Advertising is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, artwork, audio, trademarks, and content, are owned by Fire Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. See the Copyright Notice and Licenses pages.
5. User content
Where the Services allow you to submit content (for example, a leaderboard nickname), you retain ownership of that content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the Services. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates these Terms.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Online features may be unavailable due to maintenance or factors outside our control.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See the full Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 50.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Apps. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
